I found the RAW program by Adnan very different from other training programs.

It's very realistic, definitely not easy but achieve able if you put your mind to it and that’s where Adnan's coaching skills helps a lot. My biggest takeaway from this program are: Mindset and portion control and not taking the number on the scale too seriously. Most importantly consistency and routine.
